• Our Tinsletown Rebel recently attended a screening of the entire Dark Knight trilogy, an event hosted by director Christopher Nolan himself. Unsurprisingly, many on the left loathe the right-of-centre narrative of these films.

• And finally letters. I’ll share some of your responses regarding the removal of a high-risk transgender pedophile from a female halfway house in Brampton, Ontario. Apparently he violated his parole conditions in less than a week – gee, who saw that coming?

The second week was even crazier than the first.

NDP activists and their proxies in the left-leaning media are oozing desperation. This week, NDPers protested proposed UCP changes to GSA laws that would bring Alberta in-line with nine other provinces in Canada.

The changes if implemented, would allow teachers to use their discretion to notify parents if their child joins a gay-straight alliance support group. The current law prohibits parental notification under any circumstances.

There was only one reporter at the astro-turf protest bringing you the other side of the story. And he was harassed and abused by a so-called “anti-bullying” tolerance mob, catching all of it on camera.

There is only one reporter asking Notley hard questions about her alleged drug-abusing cabinet Minister Deron Bilous, and only one reporter tracking down failed Education Minister David Eggen to ask him about Alberta’s failing test scores.

Alberta's Liberation Day from the NDP will come on April 16th, 2019, but in the meantime, they’re going as low as they possibly can to attack the United Conservative Party.

We’ve seen thirty year old allegations of homophobia, leaked Facebook messages, and accusations of racism and white supremacy galore from the NDP and their enablers in the mainstream media.

But, character assassination is all the NDP really have since they don’t have a record of fiscal competence, economic growth, job creation, pipeline construction, or standing up for Alberta against Trudeau to campaign on.

The rhetoric coming from the NDP camp is over the top and the policy announcements are nearly nonexistent.
